The moment that an order is received, KROKO Proizvodnja i razvoj d.o.o. will notify the Customer via e-mail that the order has been received, i.e. that the item has been ordered. If the requested item is not in stock, KROKO Proizvodnja i razvoj d.o.o. shall notify the Customer that the item is currently not available and provide information when the item will be restocked. Alka marketing d.o.o. will deliver the ordered item as soon as possible, depending on whether it is in stock or not.
Items can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Items are ordered via the online form.
If the Seller is not able to deliver all of the items that have Been ordered, the Seller will ship those items that are available, and will notify the Customer in writing about the delivery date of the rest of the items. The Customer then has the option of accepting or canceling the delivery of the rest of the items. If the Customer does not have an e-mail address, they will be notified via phone.
Payment for the ordered items can be made with the following cards: Diners and MasterCard.
The Customer shall pay the price for the ordered items together with delivery costs to the Seller via Diners or MasterCard.
